Pilot terms.

Free pilot (prices in USD, finite allowances): 100MB files, 10-minute duration, 1080p input, one active job per session, five completed jobs per day. There is no “unlimited” processing.

The budget is a limit on admitted work, not a promise of availability: when the single worker slot is busy, jobs queue and may be rejected with a retry-after rather than overspending the US$100/month cap.

Acceptable use: only media you own or may process. No circumvention of limits, no remote-URL fetching (uploads only), no injection of FFmpeg flags (parameters are validated server-side).

Results expire 90 minutes after completion. No warranty; tools provided as-is during the pilot.

Pro costs US$29 a month, with any tax included. It renews every month until you cancel, and comes with 3,000 AI credits a month; monthly credits end when the month ends. Top-ups cost US$10 for 1,000 credits, which last 12 months. Payments are taken by Stripe.

Free trial. Seven days of Pro with 300 credits, one per person. A card is needed. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged, and Pro and the trial credits last until the trial's end. Otherwise the first payment is taken when the trial ends.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from your workspace. Pro then lasts until the end of the month you have paid for, and is not renewed.

Refunds. Within 7 days of a payment you can ask for a full refund of that payment on the feedback page; the credits it bought are removed, and a refunded Pro month ends Pro. After 7 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Starting at once. Pro and credits start as soon as you pay. When you check out you agree to that; where the law gives you a period to withdraw from a digital service, it ends once the service has started, and the 7-day refund above applies instead.

A free transcript from a link becomes a public page. Public pages may not contain sexual content: erotica, pornography, or explicit descriptions of sexual acts, including erotic audio drama and roleplay. Strong language alone is fine, and so is talking about sex, health or relationships without explicit description.

We check each new public transcript. If it breaks this policy, we do not publish it, and that link cannot become a public page. You can still transcribe it privately in your workspace with AI credits; private transcripts are never public.

We may take down any public page that breaks this policy, infringes someone's rights, or is unlawful. When the person who asked for it was signed in, we may move it into their private workspace instead. To report a page, use the feedback page.

Tools that run on your device use Mediabunny, under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. Its source code is at github.com/Vanilagy/mediabunny.

MP3 files made on your device use @mediabunny/mp3-encoder (Mozilla Public License 2.0), which contains the LAME MP3 encoder, under the GNU Lesser General Public License 2.0, built to WebAssembly. It is loaded as a separate file, only when you make an MP3, so it can be replaced. The source code is at github.com/Vanilagy/mediabunny and lame.sourceforge.io.
