For example: a 45-minute YouTube video with captions is 5 credits. A 45-minute podcast episode is 45. Every price is shown before anything runs.
Questions
- What happens if I cancel?
- You are not charged again, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing. Pro lasts until the end of the time you paid for. Your private transcripts stay private, readable and exportable.
- Do credits roll over?
- No. Your 3,000 monthly credits last until the month ends. Top-up credits are different: they last 12 months.
- What is a “started hour”?
- Any part of an hour counts as one. A 61-minute video with captions is two started hours, so 6 credits.
- Can I get a refund?
- Within 7 days of a payment you can ask for a full refund of it; the credits it bought are removed.
- Is tax included?
- Yes. The price you see is the price you pay: any tax is inside it, and nothing is added at checkout. Businesses can add a VAT or tax number at checkout.
- Can I pay once instead of subscribing?
- Yes: buy a credit top-up without Pro. Top-up credits last 12 months and open the private workspace, one job at a time.
- Will the free tools get worse?
- No. Free links, free tools and no watermark stay as they are. Pro adds privacy and headroom; it does not take anything away.
- Does a failed job cost credits?
- No. Every price is shown before it runs; unused credits come back as soon as a job finishes, and a job that fails costs nothing.
