What is Blumify?

Blumify is a lead generation platform for digital agencies and solo operators. You pick a niche and a city, and Blumify finds local businesses, audits their websites, scores each opportunity, and drafts personalised outreach. The goal is to show up to every sales conversation with evidence — not just a pitch.

Who is Blumify for?

Agencies and freelancers who sell digital services to local businesses — web design, SEO, reputation management, performance, analytics, and more. If your pipeline depends on finding businesses with specific problems, Blumify is built for your workflow.

What's a campaign?

One campaign = one search run. You pick a vertical (e.g. "website"), a niche (e.g. "dental practices"), and a city. Blumify finds matching businesses, audits each one, and delivers scored leads with outreach drafts. You can run multiple campaigns back-to-back across different cities or niches.

Data & audits

Where does Blumify find businesses?

Blumify discovers local businesses using the Google Maps API — the most current database of local business listings available. Each business is matched against your niche and location settings.

What does the audit cover?

Each lead is audited across up to 15 signals: PageSpeed performance score, Core Web Vitals, SSL status, HTTP headers, script detection (analytics, ad pixels, booking tools, CRM tools), screenshot capture, and more. The specific signals vary by vertical — a website audit checks different things than an analytics or GDPR audit.

How does intent monitoring work?

Blumify checks each lead weekly for buying signals — domain renewals, SSL certificate changes, new tracking scripts added, and website updates. When a signal is detected, the lead's intent score updates and you'll see it in the Intent tab on the lead detail page. These signals are per-business, not market-wide trends.

Pricing & billing

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in periods. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged the difference. If you downgrade, the credit applies to your next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Switch the billing toggle to "Annual" on the pricing page and you'll pay 20% less than the monthly rate, billed once for the full year.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — 14 days. If Blumify isn't working for you within the first two weeks of a paid subscription, email us and we'll refund your most recent charge, no questions asked.

Privacy & data

What data do you store about my leads?

Blumify stores the audit results, scores, and contact data for leads you discover through campaigns. This data is tied to your workspace and is not shared with other users. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Is Blumify GDPR compliant?

We process and store data in line with GDPR requirements. We use Supabase for database storage, Clerk for authentication, and Stripe for payments — all of which maintain their own compliance programmes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
